This policy explains what information granmiragemediaco.com collects, how it is used, and which other services are involved in running the site. The short version: the site has no accounts, no advertising and no marketing trackers. We only receive personal information when you choose to email us.
Information you send us
When you contact us by email, we receive whatever you include in your message, such as your name, email address, business name and project details. We use it to reply, to prepare a recommendation or quote and, if you hire us, to carry out the work. We do not sell this information and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These server logs are used for security and to keep the site running. We also use Vercel Speed Insights, which reports anonymized page-performance measurements and does not use cookies or track you across sites.
Cookies
The public site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. A cookie is set only when a site editor turns on preview (draft) mode to review unpublished content; it is not used for visitors.
Third-party services
The site is hosted by Vercel; content and images are delivered through Sanity’s content delivery network; and video is streamed by Mux, whose player may collect playback statistics such as buffering and watch time in order to serve the video. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
Your choices and rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we need to keep it for an ongoing project or for legal reasons. To do so, email contact@granmiragemediaco.com.
